Yukon Gold Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, washed, unpeeled, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
¼ tsp. black pepper
Cooking spray, olive oil flavor
Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Toss potatoes together with all ingredients, except cooking spray.

3. Spoon potatoes into 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spray potatoes with additional spray to lightly coat.

4. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
