Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients Dressing:
1 T sugar
3 T light mayonnaise
2 T fat-free milk
1 T poppy seeds
1 T white wine vinegar

1-10oz bag romaine lettuce, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 T slivered almonds, toasted
2 T red onion, minced
Instructions 1. Wisk together the first five ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Divide lettuce evenly among 6 plates. Top with strawberries, almonds and red onion.
3. Drizzle 1 T dressing over each serving.
4. Can be mixed in a bowl and tossed with dressing, but almonds end up on the bottom.

Calories = 78 (35% from fat)
Fat =3.3g
Protein = 1.8g
Carbohydrates = 11.5g
Fiber = 1.8g
Sodium = 45mg
