Fresh Asian Green Beans

Ingredients 10 oz fresh green beans or 1 package prepared fresh green beans
1 T sesame seeds, toasted lightly
1 t sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 T soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions 1. Rinse green beans and remove any strings and stems.
2. Bring a pot of water to boil. If steaming, add steamer basket to pot. Add beans and cook until just tender, 5-7 minutes. Test frequently. Drain and return to the pot.
3. In pot, add sesame or vegetable oil, soy sauce and garlic. Toss to coat beans.
4. Pour beans into serving bowl and top with sesame seeds.
