Fast Track Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients Assorted fresh fruit: (as desired)
Pineapple
Canteloupe
Honeydew – cut in cubes
Strawberries- whole

Yogurt Dip
1 container (8 oz.) lemon low fat yogurt
1 c. fat free whipped topping
Instructions Cut up fruit into 1-2 inch cubes. Take short wooden skewers and place 2 pieces of each fruit, alternating, on skewer.

To make yogurt dip, mix yogurt with whipped topping. Serve with Kabobs.
1 cup of fresh fruit: 120 calories
2 Tbsp. yogurt dip: 25 calories
