Breakfast Banana Split

Ingredients 1 small banana, peeled & split lengthwise (end to end)
1/2 cup non-fat or low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup low-sugar cereal
1/2 cup fresh fruit, cut in bite-size pieces (fresh berries work well)
Instructions Place banana slices in a cereal bowl. Spoon yogurt on top of the banana. Sprinkle cereal over yogurt. Arrange fresh fruit over cereal.

Makes one serving.
