“Stop & Go” Pasta with Shrimp

Ingredients 12 oz. package of pasta (shells or penne)
2 small bunches of green onions, chopped
1/2 large sweet red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 large sweet yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 lb. pre-cooked frozen shrimp, thawed
2 large bunches fresh broccoli, cut in florets
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
6 oz. chicken broth
Instructions Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Saute green onions, red pepper, garlic and shrimp with olive oil in large pan, 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, place broccoli in microwave oven, 3-5 minutes, til crisp and green. When done, toss broccoli with onion & pepper mixture. Add pasta and chicken broth. Cook together 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
