Ingredients 1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen berries
2 cups nonfat low-sugar vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. honey
1/4 cup nonfat instant dry milk
Instructions Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

Makes 2 2-cup servings.
