Slim Whipped Mocha Latte

Ingredients 2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. instant espresso powder
2 Tbsp. sugar (or sugar substitute equivalent)
2 cups boiling water
8 ice cubes
2 cups fat-free half & half
Instructions Combine cocoa, espresso powder, and sugar in a bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze solid. Place half the frozen coffee cubes in a blender or food processor with 1 cup of fat-free half & half and blend until smooth. Repeat with the rest of the coffee cubes and half & half. Pour into 8 oz. glasses.

Serve immediately. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. fat-free whipped topping.
