Clyde Family Health Center

Finger Lakes Health's Clyde Family Health Center is located at 4 West Genesee Street, Clyde, New York 14433.  Debbie Heit, M.D. practices family medicine at this site, and she sees patients from children to seniors. 

Clyde Family Health Center is currently accepting new patients.  Insurances accepted include Blue Choice, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Empire, GHI, Medicaid, Medicare and Preferred Care.  Many other insurances and self-pay accepted. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

The Clyde office is open Monday - Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m; and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Appointments can be made by calling the Clyde Family Health Center at (315) 923-3640. 

Additionally at this site, Finger Lakes Health operates a Lab Draw Station.  All patients are welcome, regardless of the ordering physician.  Lab services are available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.; and Fridays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. For Lab Services at this location, please call (315) 923-3641.
