Weight Watchers Group Welcomes New Members

The Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital Weight Watchers group welcomes new members. The current group has lost 346 pounds since the group formed in March.

Anyone interested in learning more about how the Weight Watchers program can help them is invited to attend a meeting free of charge to meet current members and find out about their success on the Weight Watchers plan. The Soldiers & Sailors group has weigh in from 11:30 a.m. to noon every Tuesday, with the meeting from noon to 12:30 p.m. The group meets in the Hospital Conference Room on the second floor at Soldiers & Sailors. There is no initial sign-up fee. The monthly cost to participate in Weight Watchers is $39.95. Participants can join the group at anytime.

“Come join us and get started on the road to a healthier you. Learn how to navigate the upcoming holidays and get a jump start on those New Year’s Resolutions to shed a few pounds,” urge members of the current Soldiers & Sailors group.

Weight Watchers is rated the number one best plan for weight loss and the easiest plan to follow by U.S. News & World Report.
