Surgeons Doing Office Visits in Penn Yan
Finger Lakes Health has announced that three surgeons are now seeing patients for office visits in Penn Yan. The office is located on the first floor of the Medical Arts Building at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan.

Kristin Baltazar-Ford, M.D., Craig Collins, M.D., and Eva Wall, M.D., FACS, all from Geneva General Surgical Associates, began seeing patients in the Penn Yan office on September 16.

“Having the surgeons see patients in Penn Yan is one more way we can provide better access to care for patients in this region,” explained Frank Korich, Vice President and Site Administrator, Finger Lakes Health.

Dr. Baltazar-Ford earned her medical degree from the SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. She completed her residency at the SUNY at Buffalo. She specializes in general surgery.

Dr. Collins completed his medical degree at Sackler School of Medicine, Tel-Aviv, Israel. He did his residency in general surgery and a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University at Buffalo. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He specializes in colo-rectal surgery and general surgery.

Dr. Wall did her pre-med studies at John Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, and completed her medical education at George Washington University, Washington, DC. She did her residency at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA, and a fellowship at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. She specializes in surgical critical care and general surgery.
