Finger Lakes Health Long Term Care Releases Longevity Winter 2014 Newsletter
Finger Lakes Health’s Long Term Care Resident and Family Newsletter, Longevity Winter 2014, is now available online by visiting www.flhealth.org/longevity-newsletter.

Longevity is created by members of Finger Lakes Health’s Long Term Care staff to keep family members and the community informed about events and issues that specifically resonate with residents and individuals in their support network.

The bi-annual newsletter is distributed by mail and available on the health systems website to enhance communication between all members of our long term care community.

Finger Lakes Health’s Long Term Care Division is committed to providing high quality medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and long term care services in a caring and comfortable setting that promotes independence, honors individuality and enhances quality of life. As part of Finger Lakes Health, the long term care division offers a continuum of care unmatched in the Finger Lakes region. The health system offers an extensive variety of medical services and outstanding acute care services should the need arise.

Finger Lakes Health provides long term care services at four facilities on three campuses within the health system. These facilities are:
• Living Center at Geneva North and Living Center at Geneva South in Geneva
• The Homestead in Penn Yan
• Huntington Living Center in Waterloo
