Taylor-Brown Auxiliary Presents $8,000 to Huntington Living Center
The Taylor-Brown Auxiliary recently held its annual Silver Tea at Huntington Living Center, part of Finger Lakes Health. The tea celebrates the Auxiliary’s annual gift to the Living Center. A check for $8,000 was presented to Karol Prayne, Huntington Living Center administrator.

3 Volunteers The donation will be used to benefit the residents of Huntington Living Center including funding entertainment for the annual resident picnic and other resident entertainment; Zumba Gold sessions; iPads; laptop, washer and dryer for Special Needs Unit activities; Sirius/XM radio renewal and Life Enrichment Program/game supplies for the residents.

Proceeds came from a variety of fundraising activities that took place during the past year, including the annual golf tournament held in June, annual chicken barbecue, bake sales, drawings, and craft sales.

New Taylor-Brown Auxiliary members are always welcome. Membership dues of $5 help the Auxiliary fund its projects while supporting the residents of Huntington Living Center. For more information on how to become a member, call Debbie Lockett at the Huntington Living Center at (315) 787-4949.
