Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing Surgical Technology Program Celebrates Second Graduating Class
Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing Surgical Technology Program celebrated its second graduating class on August 4, 2016. Graduates include Kaylee Bodine, Penn Yan; Hannah Greco, Geneva; Heidi Leach, Cayuga; Shannon Mastin, Rochester; Courtney Trickler, Seneca Falls and Kaitlin Weichenthal, Watkins Glen.

Kaitlin Weichenthal received the Surgical Technologist Student Achievement Award recognizing the student with the highest academic achievement in the Surgical Technology program.

Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing, in partnership with Geneva General Hospital, offers a full time program that is flexible and conducive to the adult learner seeking a career as a surgical technologist. This academic program will lead to a certificate in surgical technology awarded by Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing after completing 11 months of rigorous training. The surgical technology program has a maximum enrollment of 15 students per cohort admitted in August of each year. For more information please call 315-787-4005.
