Taylor-Brown Auxiliary Presents $10,000 to Huntington Living Center
The Taylor-Brown Auxiliary recently held its annual Silver Tea at Huntington Living Center, part of Finger Lakes Health. The tea celebrates the Auxiliary’s annual gift to the Living Center. A check for $10,000 was presented to Stanley Wojciechowski, Huntington Living Center administrator.

The donation will be used to benefit the residents of Huntington Living Center including purchasing program supplies, game and tent rental for the annual resident picnic, holiday decorations, entertainment for resident programs, iPod music system, therapeutic gardening/aroma therapy, DVD blu ray systems, and the Zumba Gold exercise program.

Proceeds came from a variety of fundraising activities that took place during the past year, including the annual golf tournament held in June, annual chicken barbecue, bake sales, drawings, and craft sales.

New Taylor-Brown Auxiliary members are always welcome. Membership dues of $5 help the Auxiliary fund its projects while supporting the residents of Huntington Living Center. For more information on how to become a member, call Debbie Lockett at the Huntington Living Center at (315) 787-4949.
