Finger Lakes Health Rehabilitation Services will be conducting a complimentary Community Mobility Screening Program. This program is open to all individuals over the age of 65. Spots are limited, please call 315-787-4570 (Geneva) or 315-531-2577 (Penn Yan) to schedule your screening.Finger Lakes Health Rehabilitation Services will be conducting a free Community Mobility Screening Program. This program is open to all individuals over the age of 65.
The screening will measure your scores on tests that predict your risk for falls, recognize your strength deficits and balance issues as compared to your peers. The free screening will take about 30 minutes to complete and will be offered every third Thursday of the month in the rehabilitation department at Geneva General Hospital.
Spots are limited, so please call, (315) 787-4570 to schedule your screening or register online and a representative from Finger Lakes Health Rehabilitation will call you to schedule your time.
