Finger Lakes Health is a community owned, not-for-profit organization dedicated to maintaining and improving the health of all people in the central Finger Lakes region. The Get Ready to RUN program consists of weekly coached group workouts designed to safely prepare you to improve your health and complete the Cubby Chase 5K or 10K race on July 25, 2015. The trainer is Certified USA Triathlon Coach Stephanie Bolster.

This beginner program is designed to guide you by starting out with walking, and then slowly building into running and completing your first 5K road race. Or, for experienced runners, the program will help you build and improve your performance. It is great for those that have run a 5K and would like to take the next step to run a 10K.

The program will begin May 19 and run every Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. for 10 weeks at Lakefront Park in Geneva. The cost is $60, which includes the 10-week training program, a training team shirt, and registration to participate in the Cubby Chase in July.
