The New York Organization of Nurse Executives and Leaders (NYONEL) has elected Rebecca Mack, MS, RN, NEA-BC as president for a two-year term.
The New York Organization of Nurse Executives and Leaders (NYONEL) represents the integrated voice of nursing leaders with the vision to influence the future of healthcare in New York and beyond. NYONEL members represent health care organizations, institutes of higher learning, and health-related agencies and businesses. Their mission is to engage, inspire and advance the practice of New York nursing and emerging leaders. NYONEL’s six regions present diverse opportunities for members to impact the healthcare environment and by so doing, improve the health of the residents of New York State.

Mack, Administrative Director of Nursing for Finger Lakes Health, earned a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from St. John Fisher College and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Valparaiso University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce, and is Past- President of Finger Lakes Organization of Nurse Executives and Leaders, the local NYONEL region chapter. In 2004, Mack earned her certification as a board-certified Advanced Nurse Executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
