Employees of the 2nd Quarter Named at University of Rochester Medicine Finger Lakes Health

GENEVA- Three University of Rochester Medicine Finger Lakes Health employees have been recognized with the Distinguished Values Award for the second quarter of 2026. The Distinguished Values Award program selects employees every quarter for the honor. The honorees are selected from three categories: Hospital, Long Term Care, and Physician Network. These staff members are selected for consistently demonstrating organizational values and exceeding their job requirements. The awards are granted in recognition of those employees who demonstrate professionalism and serve as role models within University of Rochester Medicine Finger Lakes Health. The selected honorees for the second quarter of 2026 are Kristina Oberdorf, Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, Seneca Family Health Center - the Physician Network honoree; Michael Marciano, Nutritional Services Aide, Huntington Living Center - the Long-Term Care honoree; and Tay Hinds, Environmental Services Aide, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital - the Hospital Honoree.
All Finger Lakes Health Employees of the Quarter are eligible for the Employee of the Year honor. This award is announced in May each year at Finger Lakes Health’s annual Employee Recognition event, held in conjunction with National Hospital and Nursing Home Week.
