Finger Lakes Health Introduces New Primary Care Providers and Improves Access to Care Across the Region

GENEVA- Investing in Primary Care is at the heart of UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health’s mission to improve the health and well-being of diverse communities in the region.
The health care system expanded its network of primary care services in the spring with the addition of two internal medicine practices: Finger Lakes Health Primary Care in Geneva and Keuka Health Care in Penn Yan.
Most recently, family medicine physicians, Drs. Madison Hill and Michael Kozlowski joined Soldiers and Sailors Health Center in Penn Yan and Seneca Family Health Center in Waterloo, respectively.
Madison Hill, DO, completed her Family Medicine Residency at UPMC Williamsport Family Medicine Residency in Williamsport, PA, and attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. She received her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. Michael Kozlowski, DO, completed his Family Medicine Residency at UMMC Batavia Rochester Regional Health, Batavia, NY and attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Fla. Three new physician assistants have also joined the highly regarded team of primary care providers at Finger Lakes Health.
Stephanie Husnay, PA-C, joins the team at Geneva Primary Care. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from St. Bonaventure University, Olean, NY, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Utica University, Utica, NY.
Lille Schanck, PA-C will be seeing patients at Lifecare Medical Associates in Seneca Falls. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Science and her BS in Health Science from Saint Francis University, Loretto, PA.
Melissa Wrobel, PA-C received her Master of Physician Assistant Science Studies and BS in Health Science from St. Bonaventure University, Olean, NY. She joins Dr. Sixto Medina at Clifton Springs.
These additions expand the local network to nearly 50 providers in nine primary care practices, including internal medicine, across Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates counties. UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is committed to increasing access to primary care so patients no longer have to wait weeks and often months for an initial visit.
