Michael Kozlowski, DO Joins Seneca Family Health in Waterloo

 

GENEVA- Michael Kozlowski, DO has joined the medical staff of Seneca Family Health in Waterloo. He joins the team of Drs. Luke Chen; and Eric Shives, and nurse practitioners, Jamie Barber, AGPCNP-BC, Christina Gray, ANP-C; Susan Randall-Mantella, FNP-C; Elizabeth Smith, FNP-C, and Jennifer Whitmore, ANP-C.

Dr. Kozlowski completed his Family Medicine Residency at UMMC Batavia Rochester Regional Health, Batavia, NY and attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Fla. He received his BS from John Carroll University, University Heights, Ohio.

He enjoys playing golf, disc golf, CrossFit and tennis, and traveling with his wife, Megan - his goal is to visit all 50 states!
