Trevor Johnson, FNP-C Joins Seneca Family Health

GENEVA- UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health welcomes Trevor Johnson, FNP-C to Seneca Family Health Center in Waterloo.

He joins Drs. Luke Chen, Michael Kozlowski, Eric Shives, and nurse practitioners, Jamie Barber, AGPCNP-BC, Christina Gray, MSN, ANP, CNS, Susan Randall-Mantella, MSN, FNP-C, Elizabeth Smith, MSN, FNP-C and Jennifer Whitmore, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, providing both adult and pediatric care. 

Johnson received his Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner from St. John Fisher University, Rochester, NY and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, and is a U.S. Army Veteran.

When he isn’t working, Johnson enjoys spending time with his family, and in the great outdoors – hunting, fishing, golfing, and riding his motorcycle.
