Dehn Named Director of Development for Finger Lakes Health Foundation

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is proud to announce that Mary Sue Dehn is the new Director of Development for the Finger Lakes Health Foundation effective April 14, 2024.
Dehn is responsible for guiding the Finger Lakes Health Foundation in its mission to cultivate, secure and steward philanthropic gifts to support the capital, programmatic and endowment needs of Finger Lakes Health. Gifts to the Foundation support programs and special projects of Finger Lakes Health and its affiliated entities - Geneva General Hospital, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Living Centers at Geneva-North, Living Center at Geneva-South, Huntington Living Center, The Homestead and physician practices, as well as grants to support health and health-education programs and projects in Ontario, Yates, Seneca and Wayne counties.
Most recently, Dehn served as Lead Communications Specialist and Senior Manager Information Services Division Communications for the University of Rochester. She created, managed, and implemented internal and external communications for the Epic E-Health record roll-out and integrated platforms across three affiliate hospitals and change management communication surrounding the introduction of mobile documentation and communication platforms in the clinical setting. Previously, she served as the Director of Public Relations and the Foundation at UR Medicine Noyes Health, where she led a mission-driven and strategic approach to fundraising and oversaw communications and healthcare marketing for Noyes’ five locations.
Dehn earned her Master of Science degree in Journalism from Columbia University Journalism School, New York, NY. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Middlebury College, Middlebury, VT.
