John D. Kelly Clinic

The John D. Kelly Clinic, 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan, offers individual and family therapy for children, age five and older, adolescents, and adults with mental health and behavioral issues in an outpatient setting.  We are staffed with licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and a psychiatrist.

Care Management Services are provided to adults (who need assistance working their way through linkage to other medical services, community agencies, housing programs, medications, social services benefits) or in order to obtain the care and services needed to stay healthy.

Hours of Operation: are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening hours are available on Monday and Wednesday between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify the center by phone 24 hours in advance.

Crisis Services are provided by the center and hospital staff for prompt care of psychiatric emergencies. This service is available 24 hours a day.
