Family Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care, Per Diem

Finger Lakes Health is looking for per diem Family Nurse Practitioners to join us as we expand access to care in Penn Yan and the surrounding communities.  This position has a minimum of two (2) shifts per month requirement.  Qualifications include Board Certification, & NYS License.  Pay Range: $80.00 an hour for weekday shifts and $87.50 an hour for weekend shifts.  

Nurse Practitioner – Ortho, Per Diem

Finger Lakes Health is looking for per diem Nurse Practitioners to join us to join us at our Geneva Orthopaedic Practice.  This position has a minimum of two (2) shifts per month requirement.  Qualifications include Board Certification, & NYS License.  Pay Range: $85.00 an hour for weekday shifts.
