Family Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care Penn Yan, Per Diem

Finger Lakes Health is looking for per diem Family Nurse Practitioners to join us as we expand access to care in Penn Yan and the surrounding communities.  This position has a minimum of two (2) shifts per month requirement.  Qualifications include Board Certification, & NYS License.  Pay Range: $80.00 an hour for weekday shifts and $87.50 an hour for weekend shifts.  

Family Nurse Practitioner – Hospitalist (Day)

Finger Lakes Health has an opening for a full-time, experienced Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner to join an established Hospitalist team at Geneva General Hospital. 1-2 years of acute care experience as nurse or nurse practitioner is preferred. This daytime position has flexible and rotating 12-hour shifts that allows for work-life balance. Pay Range: $115,000-$135,000.  This is an employed position with a very generous compensation package to include competitive salary, incentives, student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, on-site child day care and much more!
